Welcome Laurie McCloskey, M.S.,CCC-SLP who also recently joined MTC! Laurie will be our Regional Manager for the San Diego, CA area. She is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), as well as, a member of the California Speech-Language-Hearing Association (CSHA).

Laurie has been a practicing Speech-Language Pathologist since 1988. She received a Master of Science degree in Communication Disorders from Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama. She has worked in a variety of settings, including acute care hospitals, rehab hospitals, pediatric rehab, outpatient clinics, the private sector, public schools and most recently for Progressus Therapy. Through the years, Laurie has earned 5 Awards for Continuing Education (ACE) from ASHA.

As an MTC employee, Laurie’s skills and experiences will enable her to either take an active role or assist in the following areas: business development, client management, program development, mentoring, recruiting and retention in the Southern California area where she lives with her husband Jim Davis (our new Clinical Director of Occupational Therapy Services for MTC).
