Ryan Kelly

Ryan Kelley

Shore Capital Partners, LLC


Ryan is a Founding Partner of Shore Capital, a healthcare-focused private equity firm. Ryan is responsible for all activities of the firm including sourcing, evaluating and enabling the growth of Shore investments. Currently, Ryan is a Director of ClearPath Diagnostics, Fast Pace Urgent Care, Pediatric Therapy Services, and Florida Autism Center. Ryan also served as past Director of Sirona Infusion and Michigan Rehabilitation Specialists.

Prior to founding Shore, Ryan worked at Water Street Healthcare Partners, a healthcare-focused private equity firm with $1.8 billion of capital under management. While at Water Street, Ryan completed the acquisition of four platform investments and two add-on acquisitions requiring more than $200 million of equity capital and representing over $800 million of total transaction value. Prior to joining Water Street, Ryan worked in the Healthcare Investment Banking group at Bank of America in New York.

Outside of the office, Ryan is actively involved with the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago and the Financial Markets Institute of Michigan State University, an organization that prepares undergraduate students for careers in financial services.

Ryan received his M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and received a B.A. in Accounting from the Honors College at Michigan State University.


Michael McBurnie

Founding Chairman


Michael McBurnie is the Founder of MyTherapyCompany (MTC), and Pathways to Speech (PTS), our early intervention division.

Originally trained as draftsman & architect, Michael always been a natural promoter and organizer. A strong entrepreneurial streak led me to kick off several “passion projects” while in college.

It was with Mapmakers creating quarterly supplemental inserts for USA Today centered on healthcare, environment, travel, and education topics that he learned about the world of therapy and the desperate need for therapists in the US. “I knew I could make a real difference and when I started my first company, I created one that I would be proud to join.”

Today, while not a therapist himself, he has always thought he would find a career in psychology or healthcare. His personality and personal interests make this an ideal profession for him. So, his companies have always focused on healthcare staffing. Michael founded and managed four companies: Medical Resources, Sunbelt Therapy Services of America, Progressus Therapy and MyTherapyCompany.

Michael has a life-long interest in holistic health and fitness, stress management, and the environment. He have worked for nonprofits and established a political action committee and team of lobbyists to work on issues related to air and water pollution. He has been involved in the start-up, sale and acquisition of numerous companies over the past 30 years.


Anthony Rintala

President / COO


Anthony is currently the President & COO of both Cumberland and MyTherapyCompany. He previously served as the Senior Vice President of Jackson Therapy Partners, an occupational, speech and physical therapy staffing firm, after serving as Vice President of Development and Marketing since 2009. He was also the President of Healthcare Support Staffing, a hospital, pharmacy and outpatient clinic staffing company, for five years.

He received a B.S. in finance and marketing at Florida State University, College of Business.


Adrienne Adams

Chief Financial Officer

Adrienne’s is our Chief Financial Officer. She was a Financial Analyst and Assistant Controller for Miles Media, a Marketing Destination company. Prior to that, she was an Accountant for Storage Spot, a multi-state storage company. During this tenure also co-owned her own Domino’s Pizza Franchise. She has multi-state and international accounting experience, along with software implementation experience. The move to Colorado has been the best thing for her family. “My boys (big and small) love the outdoors, and are having a great time fishing, hiking, biking, etc… and what a view!”

Laurie McCloskey – M.S.,CCC-SLP

President Therapy Services & Clinical Ops


Laurie’s skills and experiences are vital for our leadership team. Laurie provides support, guidance, and resources for the Clinical Coordinators, Lead Therapists, Program Managers, and Regional Managers. She is a firm believer in the collaborative process in order to achieve positive outcomes. Laurie understands the importance of being an effective communicator, and she is passionate about providing appropriate team building and leadership skills for all of our therapy companies.


Jennifer Hopkins

Director of People Services


Jennifer is our Director of People Services, and has a diverse background in HR. She has worked for entrepreneurial focused businesses and has helped businesses grow through both organic growth as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Outside of the office her family farms and she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

Jennifer is certified in HR holding both her SPHR and SHRM-SCP and holds a MBA.

Molly Shams

Molly McBurnie-Shams

Director Communications & Marketing


Molly has over 15 years of experience with communications, marketing & event organization. She worked with her brother, Michael, during the start-up years at Progressus Therapy, Inc., in Tampa, FL (when he owned the company) and from early on at MyTherapyCompany.

Molly’s effective strategizing for professional events, companywide systems, and collaboration with the leadership team to implement policies & procedures as the company continues to grow is invaluable as she understands this industry.

She heads up Marketing and Lead Generation for all our therapy brands, working with the teams to build our presence and find the perfect candidates to work with!

Molly lives in Utah with her 4 children, 2 crazy dogs, and her husband a fantastic chef who owns & operates 2 local restaurants!



Vice President of Operations

Nick is the VP of Operations. He has over 10 years of experience within the recruiting/staffing industry, holding numerous titles through an organization. Nick, with the collaboration of our teams, facilitates the day to day operations company-wide in order to provide the sales and recruiting teams support and guidance. Given his previous sales and recruiting experience, Nick can also be found helping cover for the sales/recruiting teams as needed.
When he isn't solving all of our problems, he spends his free time with his wife and two darling kids.

Janine Mahon

Director of Career & Client Services

Janine brings over 10 years of experience in hiring and client development to our team and works closely with all of our MTC teams to raise our presence as a partner to districts across the country. Her hiring & management journey began working with travel professionals for some of the largest hospitals across the country, but she transitioned into the school based therapy world over 6 years ago and loves being able to collaborate with the professionals who have a profound impact on children’s needs. Working closely with our clients to ensure their needs are well taken care of is a top priority for her, while continuing to build relationships with candidates who are passionate about working in the schools-she loves to learn more about how each individual was drawn to this critically important line of work!


Director of Career & Client Services


Ingrid has over ten years of experience hiring and managing employees for various positions and currently oversees our client and therapy services team. Ingrid believes in creating authentic relationships by providing schools with passionate and driven therapists. As the daughter of a special education teacher, she loves being able to work for schools helping to provide services she has watched impact students since she was little.


Daryl Weathers

Client Services Manager


Daryl has over 20 years of working in the healthcare industry. The last 8 years, her focus has been in New Business Development, staffing and recruitment of therapy services to educational based programs throughout the U.S. She currently manages territories in CA, AZ, NM, and CO.


Jason Sipple

Director of Travel Recruitment


Jason is the Director of Travel Recruitment for MyTherapyCompany. He previously served as a Senior National Recruiter for Jackson Therapy Partners. He brings 8 years of experience to travel therapy recruitment specifically working with Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology and Physical Therapy. His family, building relationships with therapists nationwide & training for Ironman races are the three things that keep him going.


Christine Pacheco

Career Services Director


Christine has spent the last 14 years working in and with public and private educational institutions. Her background is diverse, combining business development, educational consulting, career counseling/talent matching and most recently she held a leadership position in post-secondary administration.

Christine’s commitment to student success has and continues to drive her career. As our Client Therapy Services Specialist, her focus is developing business primarily in Colorado, Georgia, Florida, New Mexico, Arizona and Utah.


Rejni Koshy

Career Services Manager


Rejni graduated with a Masters Degree in Healthcare administration from Texas Woman’s University. She looks forward to utilizing her Market Research Analysis experience and recruiting background while working with MyTherapyCompany. Her passion lies in helping children live up to their full capacity, and she plans to do that by recruiting the right individuals to school based therapy services.


Lisa Lyle

Sr. Corporate Accountant


Lisa is a senior corporate accountant with 20+ yrs experience. She is a graduate of Cal State University, at Fullerton, with a B.S. in Accounting. She spent 7 years working in the Public accounting sector and then transitioned to private industry accounting. Her 5 years at InfoPrint, an IBM/Ricoh joint venture, gave her international and consolidation accounting experience as well as acquisition/merger experience. At Pediatric Therapy Services she is responsible for MTC payroll as well as financial accounting and reporting.


Dan Lewis

Career Services Manager


Dan is a Career Services Manager in the Chicago office and has over 7 years of hiring and client development experience. His background includes 4 years of experience cultivating and maintaining relationships with school districts all over the nation. He is responsible for expanding our therapy teams in California, Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico.

Nicole is a Career Services Manager with over 9+ years of medical and school-based recruiting. She is committed to helping people and to responding to the needs of our openings nationwide. Nicole is responsible for expanding our therapy teams in California, Las Vegas and New Mexico.


Karli Osgoodby

HR Generalist

Karli has a Bachelors in Healthcare Management from Towson University, MD.  Her prior experience as a Human Resource Compliance Specialist gives her the expertise needed for our on-boarding and and Immigration processes.  Outside of work she enjoys exploring Colorado outdoors, hiking and snowboarding

Brinna Babb

Accounting and Payroll Specialist


Brinna is a Colorado Native who started her Accounting career with Payroll and Accounts Payable in 1988. She works hard with each department to ensure a smooth payroll.
